How to book

We will accept reservations by phone, post or email.

Postal reservations should be accompanied by a copy of our booking form (download this by clicking on the link). 

Reservations should be confirmed within 14 days by payment of a deposit, as follows:
Stays of 1 night                          50% of total cost
Stays of 2 nights or more             30% of total cost

Please ask about the different options we offer for payment of the deposit at time of booking.

Please make every effort to let us know as soon as possible if you have to cancel a reservation. If you fail to cancel, and we are unable to re-let the room, we reserve the right to invoice in full for the cost of the accommodation.
